They ensure that your system is always running at peak performance. When you sign up for one of our Comfort Amenity Plans you get a TON of awesome perks, but most importantly it takes the headache out of remembering routine maintenance. Each year we will come out and service your system, preventing any unexpected breakdowns. Comfort Amenity Plans also come with the perk of discounted service fees, a discount on parts, and priority service no matter the day or time! We offer three different plans to our customers to ensure we are always meeting every systems needs.

Plans & Pricing
Performance Plan
- One visit per year(heating or cooling, customers choice!)
- Priority service
- 50% discount on emergency service fees
- 10% discount on parts
- 5% discount on system replacement or installation of a new heating or cooling system, and a multipoint inspection.
- Best for homes with both one heating system and one AC system
- $15 per month or $180 / year
Pro Plan
- Includes everything the Performance Plan offers, but is meant for homes with both heating and central AC.
- Two visits per year (heat visit is done prior to heating season and AC visit is done prior to AC season)
- Includes 10% discount for replacement of a heating/AC system
- $20 per month or $240 / year
